Ice cream biscuit pudding
A chilled pudding of Marie biscuits soaked in sweetened milk and topped with 400 g chocolate ice cream.
A no-bake pudding of Marie biscuits soaked in milk, topped with chocolate ice cream and set in the freezer.
Ingredients
1 packet Marie biscuits
2 cups milk powder
1/2 cup milk powder
6 cups water
400 g chocolate ice cream
Method
First mix the sugar and milk powder well into the water until dissolved.
Spread the biscuits in a tray.
Pour the milk over them and let the biscuits soak.
Spread the ice cream on top and put it in the freezer to set.
